The invention discloses a planar type air filtering screen window/door which comprises a window/door frame, and a single-piece or two-piece planar type air filtering gauze, which is formed by compositing of planar skeletal material layers and a highly efficient low-resistant air filtering material layer, and has a sandwiched structure of upper and lower layers of planar skeletal material layers with the highly efficient low-resistant air filtering material layer arranged in between. The planar type air filtering screen window/door is made of planar type air filtering gauze which is high in strength and rigidity, low in air resistance and high in air filtering efficiency, can effectively filter PM 2.5 and other fine particles, and does not affect air circulation. The planar type air filtering screen window/door has energy-saving, noise-preventing, heat-isolating, purifying and mosquito-preventing functions, replaces a conventional screen window or screen door, introduces filtered air into a room and retains indoor air circulation.
