Grain conveying and exhausting system of grain depot
The invention relates to a grain conveying and exhausting system of a grain depot, which is uniformly distributed and separately mounted at the upper parts of front and rear walls of the grain depot. A grain conveying outer sealed window and an exhausting outer sealed window are mounted at the outer parts of the walls of the grain depot in parallel; the insides, corresponding to the grain conveying outer sealed window and the exhausting outer sealed window, of the walls of the grain depot are communicated and provided with a grain conveying inner sealed window and an exhausting inner sealed window respectively; and a grain conveying system and an exhausting system are arranged separately to form circulated air, and rigid exhausting is carried out through a draught fan, so that the ventilation effect is extremely improved. The exhausting system adopts an exhausting sealing plate to carry out multilayered sealing, and a bird-proof net is matched so that the sealing effect after exhausting can be effectively guaranteed and the air tightness of the grain depot is improved; and most importantly, the exhausting system adopts a manner of opening the exhausting sealing plate by operating a hand wheel outsides the walls, so that the problem that a worker enters the grain depot to seal an exhausting hole is avoided and the security guarantee performance is improved. The grain conveying system adopts a double-layered sealed window manner so that the bird-proof, sealed and airtight effects can be effectively realized, the technical content of the whole grain depot is improved, and the security of grains is guaranteed.
