According to the specific technical scheme, the dual-power multifunctional crawler-type underground small forklift comprises a cab and a carriage connected to the rear end of the cab; an opening is formed in the upper end of the rear end of the carriage, and the bottom of the carriage is connected with a walking device through pivotal bearings; the forklift is connected to the tail end of the carriage and can rotate into the carriage, and transportation is facilitated; when the forklift is used, the forklift is turned outwards, and material carrying is facilitated; the walking device is provided with an electric drive system and a hydraulic drive system which are used for providing power for the walking device, and a dual-power drive system is composed of the electric drive system and the hydraulic drive system; the hydraulic drive system is adopted when the dual-power multifunctional crawler-type underground small forklift is used under the mine, and the electric drive system is adopted when the dual-power multifunctional crawler-type underground small forklift is used over the mine; the speed is high, and transportation over the mine is facilitated; and an engine is arranged at the front end of the carriage, is a diesel engine and is mainly used for providing power for the hydraulic drive system and meanwhile providing electric energy for the electric drive system.
