The invention discloses chloride-free low-alkaline type concrete set retarding superplasticizer and relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The superplasticizer is prepared from, by weight, 80-90 parts of naphthalene or homologue, 20-25 parts of zeolite, 15-20 parts of tea saponin, 12-16 parts of modified starch, 10-14 parts of alkyl glycoside, 8-12 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 8-12 parts of calcium stearate, 6-10 parts of polyacrylic acid, 6-10 parts of turpentine, 5-8 parts of gelatin, 35-40 parts of ethyl alcohol and 300-350 parts of water. The prepared superplasticizer is free of chloride and low in alkaline, non-corroding to reinforcing steel bars, capable of prolonging the setting time and improving permeation resistance, freezing resistance, corrosion resistance and other performances of concrete, high in water-reducing rate and remarkable in early-stage reinforcement effect.
