A self-healing anti-seepage structure for a concrete faced rockfill dam comprises a transition layer (4), a cushion layer (3) and a panel (1) which are sequentially arranged from bottom from top. The structure is characterized in that a self-healing material layer (2) is arranged between the cushion layer (3) and the panel (1). The structure has the advantages that the height of an anti-seepage reinforcing area is limited so that the reinforcing anti-seepage function can spread to the whole panel area, and a dam body can run more stably and reliably; the self-healing material layer can reduce seepage to a certain extent, and it is guaranteed that the cushion layer runs stably; the self-healing material layer can plug a water-leaking channel caused by cracks in time, so that leakage is reduced or eliminated, and accordingly running safety of the dam body is guaranteed, and precious time is provided for after-disaster urgent repair; a non-adhesive material is adopted as the self-healing material layer below the large panel, construction integrity and coordination are guaranteed, and meanwhile, the compactness of the self-healing material layer is improved in order to improve the anti-seepage capacity.
