Still water underwater stop log gate falling method and ejecting and stabilizing device
The invention discloses a still water underground stop log gate falling method and an ejecting and stabilizing device. The method comprises the steps that a bulkhead gate is lowered into a gate groove through a working platform at first, and then the ejecting and stabilizing device is utilized for ejecting and stabilizing the bulkhead gate in place till a water seal gap of the gate is smaller than 1.5 mm; a water suction pump is started to lower the water level between the bulkhead gate and a working gate, so that a water pressure difference is formed between the front portion and the rear portion of the bulkhead gate, water thrust is utilized for completely closing the bulkhead gate and stopping water, and therefore water between the bulkhead gate and the working gate is further completely drained. The ejecting and stabilizing device comprises an ejector and a stabilizer which are independent and are cooperated for use. The ejector is responsible for tightly ejecting the bulkhead gate for sealing and water stopping, and the stabilizer is responsible for keeping the state of the bulkhead gate not changed. The gate is ejected and stabilized through the ejecting and stabilizing device, downstream high-strength water suction and drainage are achieved through the water suction pump to form a pressure difference, the gate is pushed to achieve complete sealing, and the problem that in the gate falling process for still water, the gate cannot stop water in a sealing manner after freely falling in place is solved.
