The invention relates to a multifunctional combined type lifting platform in water. The platform is mainly installed in water areas such a river, a lake, a pool and a pond. The water level of the platform can be controlled to be constantly maintained at the water depth standard of a swimming pool in the flood season and the dry season by adjusting lifting columns in water, and the platform can be partitioned into platform areas with different water depths to meet the requirement for safe swimming exercises of people with different heights and ages. Furthermore, various entertainment activities such as boating, fishing, water polo balls and diving can be carried out on the platform in water. The platform is lifted to the water surface in winter, condensation pipelines are laid to form a natural safe skating rink with natural icing as the main part and artificial ice making as the auxiliary part, and an exercising base which is capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly and absolutely safe is provided for skating fans.
