The invention relates to a foundation pile steel tube, in particular to a double-expansion type large-diameter cylinder suction pile with an explosion expanding device. The double-expansion type large-diameter cylinder suction pile with the explosion expanding device comprises a main cylinder (1). The top face of the main cylinder is covered with a top plate (2). An explosive box (3) surrounds the inner wall of the main cylinder by a circle to be fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main cylinder. The explosive box (3) comprises a cylindrical side face (12). The upper end and the lower end of the cylindrical side face (12) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the main cylinder through oblique circumferential side faces (13) respectively. Laminated construction structures are fixedly connected between the top of the cylindrical side face (12) of the explosive box (3) and the inner wall of the main cylinder and between the bottom of the cylindrical side face (12) of the explosive box (3) and the inner wall of the main cylinder, and therefore a closed explosion expanding bin is formed among the inner wall of the main cylinder, the cylindrical side face (12) of the explosive box (3), the upper laminated construction structure (4) and the lower laminated construction structure (4). Due to the fact that the explosion expanding device is installed or connected in the cylinder pile, one or more two-way outwards-expanding type lantern-shaped local expanding parts are formed through explosion expanding to effectively improve the comprehensive bearing capacity of compression resistance, extraction resistance and side direction resistance of the pile.
