The invention relates to a a construction method of an underground space building pile. The underground space comprises a space bottom serving as a building foundation and a space top connected with the ground. The space bottom is at least provided with a first part bearing high pressure and a second part bearing low pressure. The difference value between the first force difference between buoyancy and pressure borne by the second part and the second force difference between buoyancy and pressure borne by the first part is larger than the maximum breaking resisting strength of a binding part of the second part and the first part. A first pile set used for supporting and fixing the first part is arranged below the first part. A second pile set used for supporting and fixing the second part is arranged below the second part. Accordingly, it is guaranteed that the force difference between the buoyancy and pressure borne by the second part is smaller than the maximum breaking resisting strength and the maximum pulling resisting force of the second pile set.
