Pile extracting mechanism
The invention discloses a pile extracting mechanism which comprises a base plate and two pile extracting oil cylinders arranged on the base plate. A center sleeve coaxially arranged on a pile head in a sleeving manner is arranged on the base plate. The center sleeve is coaxially sleeved with a movable sleeve. A plurality of locking blocks for locking the pile head in the peripheral direction are clamped and evenly distributed on the circumferential face of the center sleeve in the peripheral direction. A pressing plate is arranged on the top of the center sleeve. A conical hole is formed inside the movable sleeve. A conical face matched with the conical hole is arranged on the outer circumferential face of the locking blocks. The upper and lower sides of the locking blocks are each provided with a reset spring. One end of the reset spring on the upper side stretches into the pressing plate, and the other end of the reset spring on the upper side stretches into the locking blocks. One end of the reset spring on the lower side stretches into the wall of the center sleeve, and the other end of the reset spring on the lower side stretches into the locking blocks. The pile extracting mechanism further comprises a pile locking mechanism for driving the movable sleeve to move up and down. The pile extracting mechanism has the beneficial effects of being reliable in structure, firmly and tightly holding the pile head and being good in guidance in the pile extracting process.
