The invention discloses an anti-freezing well cementing ring. The anti-freezing well cementing ring comprises an outer walling crib installed on an inspection well, an inner walling crib provided with a well lid, and a compression ring arranged between the outer walling crib and the inner walling crib, wherein the outer walling crib is of a Z-shaped structure, the inner walling crib is installed on the outer walling crib, and the well lid is connected to the edge of the inner walling crib through arc-shaped supports in an overturning mode and is divided into an outer layer and a plastic sealing layer; the outer layer is of a circular ring structure provided with a lid body, and a circular groove where a self-temperature-limiting electric tracing band is laid is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the circular ring of the outer layer. By the adoption of the anti-freezing well cementing ring, the problem of freezing of a well cementing ring in winter is effectively solved.
