The invention provides a sewage reflux prevention device, belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly to a reflux prevention device mounted to a mouth of a pipe. The object of the invention is to provide a sewage reflux prevention device which is composed of a magnetic sealing board and a flushing cap water seal member, the deodorant effect is good, and the reflux prevention device can be used even if one of the parts breaks down, and is convenient to maintain. The adopted technical scheme is that the sewage reflux prevention device comprises a body, a filter bovver, a sealing board and a flushing cap water seal member, the filter cover is movably mounted to the upper end of the body, the middle portion of the inner wall of the body is provided with a vertical water outlet through a ring-shaped connecting board, the sealing board is mounted to and cooperates with the vertical water outlet, the upper end of the sealing board is hinged to the upper end of the vertical water outlet, magnets attracting to each other are embedded in both of the lower end of the sealing board and the lower end of the corresponding vertical water outlet, the lower portion of the body is connected with the flushing cap water seal member, the flushing cap water seal member comprises a U-shaped channel and a turnover cap, an opening at one end of the U-shaped channel is connected with the body in a sealing mode, and the other opening of the U-shaped channel is hinged with and matches the turnover cap.
