The invention relates to a heat-insulating wall faceplate which comprises a heat-insulating layer bonded on the outer side of a concrete wall, a fixing plate arranged on the outer side of the heat-insulating layer, and a glass decorating layer arranged on the outer side of the fixing plate. The glass decorating layer comprises a PVC material layer on which pictorial patterns are printed, light reflecting glass and art glass sequentially from inside to outside, cushion blocks which can surround the fixing plate to form a cavity and are equal in height are arranged between the fixing plate and the glass decorating layer, and a mounting plate capable of covering the fixing plate is arranged outside the fixing plate and fixedly mounted on the cushion blocks through a connecting member and seals the fixing plate. The heat-insulating wall faceplate meets requirements on performance like heat insulation, fireproofness, soundproofness, strength and anchoring of a wall, is attractive in appearance and has the advantages of convenience in use and high anchoring strength.
