The invention provides a prefabricated core pulling hole-forming slab, which comprises a top layer, a bottom layer, core pulling holes and a special grid truss for the prefabricated core pulling hole-forming slab, wherein the core pulling holes are formed between the top layer and the bottom layer; the special grid truss for the prefabricated core pulling hole-forming slab comprises two meshes in opposite and separated arrangement; at least one rib in vertical arrangement to the meshes is arranged between the two meshes; and an external hanging device is arranged on at least one mesh. Therefore after the at least one rib in vertical arrangement to the meshes is arranged between the meshes, the integrality of the grid truss is improved by the rib; the load bearing capability of a floor slab can be greatly improved; the safety factor of a slab body is improved; and the external hanging device is also arranged on the meshes, so that external hanging structures such as external veneers or heat insulation materials and heat insulation plates are particularly suitable to be arranged or hung on the external hanging device.
