The invention discloses a quakeproof stairway with a combined structure and a construction method of the quakeproof stairway. The quakeproof stairway with the combined structure is composed of flight slabs, middle landing slabs, floor landing slabs, inner landing beams, outer landing beams, floor landing beams, landing upright columns, isolation layers, sealing strips, deformable blocks, support brackets, frame beams and frame columns, wherein the flight slabs and the middle landing slabs are reinforced concrete members; the floor landing slabs are composite floors; the inner landing beams, the outer landing beams, the landing upright columns, the floor landing beams, the support brackets, the frame beams and the frame columns are steel members; the middle landing slabs are overlapped on the inner landing beams and the outer landing beams, and the overlapped parts are provided with the isolation layers; the middle landing slabs are divided into two parts of which the middle gaps are filled with the sealing strips; and gaps located between the middle landing slabs and the frame columns are filled with the deformable blocks. During construction, construction joints are retained on the middle landing slabs, so that the integrality of the flight slabs is ensured. The quakeproof stairway disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structure, capable of adapting to a steel structure and good in earthquake performance.
