The invention discloses an antiskid wood-ceramic floor which comprises a wood plate, a waterproof glue layer, a ceramic layer and wear-resistant layers. The wear-resistant layers are arranged inside the upper surface of the wood plate, the waterproof glue layer is arranged on the lower surface of the wood plate, and the ceramic layer is arranged on the lower surface of the waterproof glue layer. The embedded-type wear-resistant layers are arranged on the upper surface of the wood plate, so that antiskid effect can be realized effectively; a material used for wear resisting is cheap, so that economic input is reduced relatively. In addition, the wood plate and ceramic are combined, so that expansion or contraction deformation of a wood floor due to changing of weather and temperature and humidity can be prevented effectively, and breaking of the ceramic can be prevented.
