The invention discloses a construction method of an antislip strip. The construction method comprises the following steps that: (1) a region for installation is planned; a groove is reserved; and the antislip strip is cut to the required length for use; (2) the inside of the groove is cleanly cleared; and the antislip strip comprises a son seat and a mother seat, and the mother seat is put into the groove; (3) the son seat is obliquely put into the groove in a direction of facing an elastic strip of the mother seat; and the son seat is embedded for forming a son-mother buckle seat; and (4) bonding agents are smeared on the inner surface of the groove; the son-mother buckle seat is pressed in, attached and fixed; and the installation of the antislip strip in the region for installation is realized. By adopting the mode, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple and convenient; the work time and the cost are reduced; operators do not need to master too many technical measures; the service life of the antislip strip is long; the position change is avoided after the long-time use; the method can be widely applied to facilities such as blind sidewalks, elevators and guide systems; and a very good antislip effect is achieved.
