The concrete distributing mechanical device has the advantages that the support which is of a trapezoidal structure is high in stability, the rotary hoop connector is arranged on the vertical pipe, accordingly, integral rotary portions can rotate by 360-degree angles, resultant movement of front and rear rotary structures can cover distribution points in all distribution radius ranges, the range of a distributing machine can be expanded, and the work efficiency can be effectively improved; a splash-proof barrier and a scratch-proof plate are arranged at the feed inlet and a discharge outlet, and accordingly material wastage and damage to equipment can be reduced; the telescopic range of the telescopic leg which is of a rhombic structure can be expanded, and accordingly the telescopic leg is high in responsibility.
