Method for laying bidirectional prestressed rebars in cast-in-place unbonded prestressed concrete slab
The invention discloses a method for laying bidirectional prestressed rebars in a cast-in-place unbonded prestressed concrete slab. The method includes: according to the characteristic that unbonded prestressed rebars are in spatial hyperboloid cable net arrangement, specifying that prestressed rebars in a certain direction is laid firstly; calculating spatial position relation of the bidirectional prestressed rebars at cross points; marking the cross points of the bidirectional prestressed rebars in a planar laying map; enabling the prestressed rebars laid later to penetrate below the prestressed rebars laid previously at the cross points; after planar laying of the bidirectional prestressed rebars is completed, putting the bidirectional prestressed rebars in place according to curve shape meeting designing requirements, and firmly fixing the bidirectional prestressed rebars with support rebars. The method is easy to accept and operate by construction personnel, high in laying speed and less prone to errors, the line shape of a spatial hyperboloid prestressed cable net can be ensured meeting designing requirements, and construction quality is guaranteed.
