A three-dimensional spraying shower room mainly comprises a shower room body, a hot water tube, a cold water tube, a control valve and a top shower nozzle. A door is arranged on the shower room body; the hot water tube is connected with a hot water inlet of the control valve; the cold water tube is connected with a cold water inlet of the control valve; an outlet of the control valve is connected with the top shower nozzle through a top spraying mixing tube; and the top shower nozzle is arranged on a back plate of the shower room body. By the top shower nozzle, a left shower nozzle and a right shower nozzle, water not only can be sprayed from up to down, but also can be sprayed from the left side and the right side of the shower room body so as to directly wash the middle and/or the lower part of the body of the user, the spraying height of the left spraying tube and the spraying height of the right spraying tube can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the left spraying tube and the height of the right spraying tube, water can be sprayed from a plurality of directions simultaneously, and showering time can be shortened effectively.
