The invention relates to a domestic double-layer parking device. Two sliding rails are vertically and symmetrically arranged on a support device; roller devices which are in rolling match with the sliding rails are arranged on the two sides of a car carrying board; two guide wheels are symmetrically arranged on the support device above the two sliding rails; a transmission shaft is movably connected onto one side of the bottom part of the support device; the two ends of the transmission shaft are separately provided with a coiling block; each coiling block is fixedly connected with one end of a pulling rope; and the other end of each pulling rope is wound on the guide wheel on the same side as the corresponding coiling block, and then is fixedly connected with the car carrying board. According to the domestic double-layer parking device, the two sides of the car carrying board can rise and fall synchronically, and the car carrying board cannot incline, so that the safety of a car parked on the car carrying board is ensured; a component which occupies a stall space below the car carrying board does not exist below the car carrying board, so that the stall space below the car carrying board can be utilized to the greatest extent, and an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) and other high-top vehicles can be parked at a stall below the car carrying board; and the lifting height of the car carrying board can be adjusted freely according to the height of the car of a user and the storey height of an underground parking lot.
