The invention discloses an automatic car arrester of lift-sliding parking equipment. The automatic car arrester comprises a car carrying plate and a car arrester, wherein a through hole is formed in the car carrying plate; a connecting arm is rotationally arranged in the through hole; the bottom of the car arrester is rotationally connected with one end of the connecting arm; the other end of the connecting arm is vertically and downwards folded and bended; one side of the connecting arm is fixedly connected with a guide rod; the inner edge of a lower end opening of the through hole is fixedly connected with a lock ring matched with the guide rod; each of the two sides of the car arrester is fixedly connected with a position limiting block; a position, under each position limiting block, of the inner wall of the through hole is fixedly connected with a stop block; and a spring is fixedly connected between each position limiting block and the corresponding stop block which are positioned at the same side. The automatic car arrester has the advantages that the structure is reasonable; the trouble that a car parker wrongly thinks that a car parks in a proper position is avoided; the car always runs on the flat plane during reverse stall parking, and the slope passing is avoided; the problems of parking difficulty and parking inconvenience can be effectively solved; and the use perceptibility and the convenient and fast degree of a mechanical parking space are greatly improved.
