The invention relates to a height-adjustable fence, which comprises an upper fence and a lower fence, wherein the upper fence comprises an upper fence bottom plate, an upper fence top plate and handrails vertically distributed between the upper fence bottom plate and the upper fence top plate; the lower fence comprises a lower fence bottom plate, a lower fence top plate and handrails vertically distributed between the lower fence bottom plate and the lower fence top plate; the handrails of the upper fence and the handrails of the lower fence are in staggered arrangement; the lower fence top plate is positioned under the upper fence top plate; the upper fence bottom plate is positioned above the lower fence bottom plate; through movable holes through which the handrails of the upper fence penetrate out are formed in the lower fence top plate; through movable holes through which the handrails of the lower fence penetrate through are formed in the upper fence bottom plate; and the end parts of the same side of the lower fence top plate and the upper fence bottom plate are provided with matched clamp connection units. The height-adjustable fence has the advantages that the structure is compact; the design is reasonable; the switching between the great fence height and the small fence height can be conveniently realized according to practical requirements; and high practicability is realized.
