The invention provides a mechanism for confirming door lock closing and locking, comprising a door lock groove and a counter lock groove which are arranged on a door frame, wherein a circuit board is arranged on the inside wall of the door lock groove; a sounding and light emitting device composed of a power supply, a sounder I, a sounder II, an illuminator I, an illuminator II, an electrified timer I and an electrified timer II and a door lock confirming device composed of a sloping plate, a pole, a baffle plate I and a spring I are arranged on the circuit board; and a baffle plate II, a spring II and a sloping plate II are arranged in the counter lock groove. The mechanism provided by the invention realizes the purpose that a sound prompt and a light prompt are given when a door is closed or locked, thereby being more convenient for a user to memorize whether the door is locked or not; and the mechanism is convenient to use and can be widely used for various locks.
