The convenient-to-assemble door and window outer frame comprises an outer frame section bar I and an outer frame section bar II, wherein the connection ends of the outer frame section bar I and the outer frame section bar II are connected through a corner connection structure in an inserted connection manner; the corner connection structure comprises a connection base and a pair of insertion heads arranged on the connection base; and the end parts of the outer frame section bar I and the outer frame section bar II are provided with insertion holes which are in inserted connection with the insertion heads. Fast connection of the outer frame section bars is realized through the match between the insertion heads of the corner connection structure and the insertion holes in the outer frame section bars; no other equipment is needed for connection; the connection operation is simple and convenient; the production efficiency is high; and the cost is lowered.
