The invention discloses an annular shaft kiln. The annular shaft kiln comprises a kiln body, a first heat exchanger 7 and a second heat exchanger 8, wherein the kiln body comprises an inner cylinder 1 and a kiln shell 2; at least one layer of combustion chamber is arranged in the kiln shell 2; the inner cylinder 1 is communicated with the first heat exchanger 7 through a first gas channel 10 and communicated with the second heat exchanger 8 through a second gas channel 11; the first heat exchanger 7 is used for preheating raw materials; the second heat exchange 8 is used for preheating fuel. According to the annular shaft kiln, the separate heat exchangers are configured for heating the fuel and the raw materials, and the fuel adopted during working of the annular shaft kiln can be heated in advance, so that the annular shaft kiln can adopt the fuel with the ultralow heat value, requirements of the annular shaft kiln for the fuel and the raw materials are reduced, and the quality of a finished product can still be guaranteed when the annular shaft kiln adopts the fuel with the ultralow heat value for working.
