High-constructability modified superfine mineral slag micropowder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-constructability modified superfine mineral slag micropowder which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 950-960 parts of mineral slag, 10-13 parts of shell, 24-28 parts of calcined black talcum, 20-25 parts of superfine aluminum silicate, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of triisopropanolamine, 0.2-0.4 part of hydroxystearic acid, 0.5-0.8 part of nano polytetrafluoroethylene, 80-100 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 0.1-0.3 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.3-0.5 part of sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate. The triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, hydroxystearic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone and sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate are used for shielding residual charges on the micropowder surface, promoting the Si-O bond rupture in the mineral slag and preventing the micropowder from agglomeration. The shell and calcined black talcum are utilized to enhance the lubricating property and dispersity of the micropowder, and thus, the micropowder is easy for construction and lowers the drying shrinkage of concrete.
