The invention provides artificial color sand with the advantages that the manufacturing is simple; the cost is low; the product quality can be effectively ensured. The artificial color sand is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 660 parts of quartz sand, 10 parts of kaolin, 6 parts of silicon powder, 15 parts to 20 parts of pigments, 6 parts of dispersing agents, 2 parts of color fixing agents, 1 part of stabilizing agent and 300 parts of lacquer solvents. According to the technical scheme, a conventional ceramic sintering theory and a novel ingredient matching system are adopted; a conventional roasting production process is optimized; the work procedures are simplified; the production cost is reduced; the goal of generating various kinds of color sand with vivid colors is achieved.
