The invention relates to a flame-retardant and corrosion-resisting waterproof building material which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 44 parts of polystyrene foamed particles, 42 to 46 parts of ultrafine fibers, 38 to 42 parts of fly ash alumina, 42 to 46 parts of 4,4- dioxyl bisbenzen sulfonyl hydrazide, 38 to 42 parts of hollow nanosphere particles, 42 to 46 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 38 to 42 parts of halogenated butyl rubber, 44 to 48 parts of azobisformamide, 38 to 42 parts of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, 42 to 46 parts of artificial mica, 38 to 42 parts of polyvinyl fluoride, 42 to 46 parts of poly aromatic oxadiazole fibers, 38 to 42 parts of melamine cyanurate, 42 to 46 parts of antimonous oxide, 38 to 42 parts of decabromodiphenyl ether, 42 to 46 parts of calcium carbonate, 38 to 42 parts of polyamide wax micropowder, 42 to 46 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 38 to 42 parts of diaminodiphenylmethane. The flame-retardant and corrosion-resisting waterproof building material has excellent flame-retardant, corrosion-resisting and waterproof properties, and is suitable for being applied to the building field.
