The present invention discloses a fireproof insulation board. The fireproof insulation board comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of asbestos, 40-60 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-15 parts of polyester amine, 3-6 parts of a lithium chloride sol, 0.8-1.6 parts of low alkali glass fiber, 5-10 parts of a gypsum blowing agent, 12-15 parts of aluminum sulfate, 30-40 parts of an aqueous solution, 7-15 parts of wood flour and 16-35 parts of a gypsum retarder. According to the present invention, the board has good high temperature resistance, and insulation board is ensured to be non-burning, so that fire spreading can be effectively blocked, meanwhile the board further has a relative strong water proofing and corrosion resisting capacity, thereby meeting the demands in different building fields.
