The invention discloses an asphalt concrete packing. The asphalt concrete packing comprises, by weight, 20-90 parts of ground steel slag, 0-25 parts of ore powder, 0-30 parts of fly ash, 4-7 parts of lime and 5-20 parts of cement. The ground steel slag is adopted as a main material to substitute the ore powder in the asphalt concrete packing disclosed in the invention, so the cost is saved; and a technology for preparing asphalt concrete by using the packing is simple, and apparatuses for implementing the technology can adopt present asphalt concrete process apparatuses. The asphalt concrete containing the packing has better application performance than traditional asphalt concretes adopting the ore powder as the packing.
