Preparation method for self-insulation building block
The present invention discloses a preparation method for a self-insulation building block. The method comprises the following steps: pre-homogenizing Yellow River silt, Yellow River clay and coal ash to obtain a mixture; conveying the mixture together with pulverized coal gangue to a powerful mixer by virtue of a belt conveyor for stirring, adding water, SiO2, CaO and Al2O3 while stirring; carrying out material distribution, mold vibration and normal-temperature pressing and forming on the stirred mixture; and firing the mixture in a kiln after drying the mixture in a drying chamber, thereby obtaining the self-insulation building block. The self-insulation building block prepared by the method disclosed by the present invention has the beneficial effects that: resources are comprehensively utilized in accordance with the ban, and land is saved; the effect is remarkable and the insulation effect reaches the national energy efficiency standard of 50% of public buildings, and 65% of resident buildings; and fire performance is good, a service life is long, production cost is reduced by 30-40 yuan per square, and a construction schedule is ahead of 1/3, thereby eliminating a common quality problem caused by production of a conventional wall.
