The present invention discloses ultra-high strength active powder concrete and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering materials. The ultra-high strength active powder concrete disclosed by the present invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55~65 parts of cement, 25~35 parts of silica fume, 130~150 parts of silica sand, 10~25 parts of a reinforced material, 0.4~0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1~0.2 part of a silica fume dispersant and 8~20 parts of water. The strength of the ultra-high strength active powder concrete disclosed by the present invention is 15~20 times that of the ordinary steel, and is fatigue-resistant, corrosion-resistant, electromagnetically insulative, low in thermal conductivity coefficient, long in service life, simple in preparation process, low in cost, and can replace cast iron to prepare municipal rainwater well covers.
