The invention discloses cold-resistant concrete. The cold-resistant concrete is prepared from, by mass, 20-50% of cement, 10-15% of gravel, 15-20% of sand, 10% of flyash, 2-3% of water reducing agent, 1% of fine slag powder, 6% of antifreeze agent and 6-20% of water. According to the cold-resistant concrete, water is not prone to fast evaporating in the construction process in cold weather of winter, and as the fine slag powder and the antifreeze agent are added, the manufactured concrete is high in cold resistance and not prone to frost cracking in the pouring process.
