The invention discloses an environmentally friendly watertight cement, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The environmentally friendly watertight cement comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 20-40 parts of aluminum silicate, 3-10 parts of melamine resin, 5-15 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 5-10 parts of sodium silicate, 4-12 parts of glass fibers, 3-9 parts of glue powder for construction, 4-12 parts of silicon powder and 2-10 parts of rosin. The environmentally friendly watertight cement has the advantages of strong impermeability, high bonding strength, great improvement of the impermeable pressure of cement mortar, and improvement of the flexural and compressive strength of the cement mortar.
