The inorganic dry powder texture coating is prepared from, by weight, 42 parts of white cement No. 425, 7 parts of redispersible emulsion powder, 0.4 part of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 0.4 part of moisture repellent, 0.4 part of wood fibers, 0.1 part of inorganic pigment iron oxide red, 0.2 part of inorganic pigment iron oxide yellow, 62 parts of 80-120-mesh coloured sand and 18 parts of 325-mesh quartz powder. The inorganic dry powder texture coating can be used for damp underground spaces or civil air-defense construction, has the advantages of being completely inorganic, free of releasing of any organic substance, free of any pollution to the environment, free of influences on human bodies, easy to construct, simple, free of mildew and peeling, resisting to ultraviolet rays, being not prone to color changing, unique in texture, high in decorativeness, resisting to water, being breathable, rich and natural in color, good in durability and the like.
