Modified desulphurization gypsum-based mater batch and preparation method therefor
The invention discloses modified desulphurization gypsum-based mater batch and a preparation method therefor. The master batch can replace cement as a gel material in concrete. The master batch comprises the following components in parts by mass: 400-750 parts of desulphurization building gypsum, 50-300 parts of slag powder, 50-350 parts of coal ash and 30-200 parts of cement as well as a proper amount of additives. By adopting a method of adding a proper amount of inorganic materials such as coal ash, slag powder and the like and related additives, the water consumption of the modified desulphurization gypsum is reduced, the compactness of the material is improved, and the water adsorption of the material is reduced, so that the water resistance and mechanical property of the material are improved. By fully using wastes, such as desulphurization gypsum, coal ash and the like, of a power plant to prepare the gel material, comprehensive re-utilization of waste resources is achieved, so that the environmental pollution is favorably reduced, and meanwhile, the master batch has a huge economical benefit.
