Anti-fouling and anti-slagging ceramic coating and preparation method
The invention discloses an anti-fouling and anti-slagging ceramic coating and a preparation method, which belong to the technical field of special coatings. The ceramic coating consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 20 to 25 percent of filler, 20 to 25 percent of adhesive and the balance of water. The filler consists of 7 to 8 percent of silicon dioxide, 5 to 6 percent of silicon nitride, 2 to 3 percent of SiBCN, 0.5 to 1 percent of magnesium oxide, 1.5 to 2 percent of zirconium carbide and 4 to 5 percent of silicon carbide. The preparation method includes the following steps: the adhesive is added with water and mixed, so that adhesive liquid is obtained, the filler is added, additive is then added into the adhesive liquid after the adhesive liquid is milled for half hour by a planetary ball mill, the adhesive liquid is then milled to 500nm to 700nm, and after filtration, the ceramic coating is packaged. The ceramic coating can be coated on the outer surfaces of heating tubes of a boiler, is sintered and cured to form a dense ceramic coating layer, and can effectively prevent the fouling and slagging of the tubes of the heating surface.
