Preparation method of carbon nanotube/fluorohydroxylapatite biological compound ceramic material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon nanotube/fluorohydroxylapatite biological compound ceramic material. The preparation method of the carbon nanotube/fluorohydroxylapatite biological compound ceramic material is realized through the following steps: 1) firstly ultrasonically dispersing functionalized carbon nanotubes into Ca(NO3)2 4H2O, and regulating a pH value to 8 to 12 to obtain a solution A; 2) mixing diammonium hydrogen phosphate and ammonium fluoride to obtain a solution B; 3) adding the solution B drop by drop into the obtained solution A according to a ratio of 1:1, and separating out and washing precipitate; 4) drying, grinding and sieving the washed precipitate; 5) performing cold press molding on compound powder under 100 to 200MPa; 6) performing spark plasma sintering on the molded material; 7) after sintering, cooling and taking out the material. The carbon nanotube/fluorohydroxylapatite biological compound ceramic material prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention does not have cytotoxicity and has good bioactivity.
