The invention relates to a preparation method of a glass/ceramic nano composite material and belongs to the field of material preparation. After glass powder and nano ceramic dielectric powder are mixed, ball-milled and dried, a pre-sintering and ball-milling process is performed at least once to realize the effect that glass uniformly wraps the nano ceramic dielectric powder and improve the breakdown field strength of the composite material, wherein pre-sintering temperature is higher than glass softening point temperature and is lower than the sintering temperature of the nano ceramic dielectric powder. The glass in the composite material prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention can uniformly wrap ceramic particles, the loss of the composite material is low, the breakdown field strength is high, and the composite material can be used for making high-voltage high-energy-storage-density capacitors; the preparation method is simple and no pollution is caused; the disadvantage that the cost of a sol-gel method is too high is overcome and the preparation method is suitable for industrialized mass production.
