Aerated concrete block prepared through Yellow-River sediments
The invention discloses an aerated concrete block prepared through Yellow-River sediments. The aerated concrete block is prepared from, by weight, 75%-85% of the Yellow-River sediments, 5%-8% of pulverized fuel ash, 5%-8% of cement, 3%-7% of lime, 1%-2% of gypsum and 0.03%-0.08% of aluminum powder, wherein the particle size of the Yellow-River sediments is smaller than 80-120 meshes. According to the aerated concrete block prepared through the Yellow-River sediments, the Yellow-River sediments of which the diameters are smaller than 80-120 meshes are taken as the raw materials, the pulverized fuel ash is supplementally added to serve as the silicious raw materials, the cement and the lime are added to serve as the calcic raw materials, the gypsum is cooperatively added to serve as a blending agent, the prepared aerated concrete block is high in fracture resistance and pressure resistance and little in air shrinkage, and the common bursting problems in full pulverized fuel ash bricks (blocks), slag bricks (blocks) and the like are solved through the plasticity of the Yellow-River sediments; in addition, the use ratio of the Yellow-River sediments which pass through a 80-120-mesh screen in the raw materials can reach 75%-85% and is larger than that of about 60% of general Yellow-River sediments in prepared concrete, and therefore the production cost is greatly saved.
