The invention discloses a method for preparing black ceramic glaze from electroplating sludge and a product decorated with the ceramic black glaze. The electroplating sludge and industrial raw materials are adopted in percentage by mass as follows: 30%-40% of the electroplating sludge, 20%-30% of potassium feldspar, 10%-20% of kaolin, 10%-20% of quartz, 1%-10% of chromic oxide, 0.5%-5% of iron oxide and 0.5%-5% of manganese oxide, and the black ceramic glaze is obtained after processes of batching, ball-mill and sieving. The black ceramic glaze is prepared from the electroplating sludge, the waste is turned into wealth, no expensive cobalt oxide is used in the raw materials, production and preparation costs can be controlled, and the prepared glaze is high in blackness, pure in color and stable in performance and has broad market space.
