Fiber grating sensing-based asphalt pavement compaction monitoring method
The invention discloses a fiber grating sensing-based asphalt pavement compaction monitoring method, relates to the field of compactness quality control in an asphalt pavement construction process, and aims at meeting the requirements of simply and effectively controlling the asphalt pavement compaction times in real time. A fiber grating vertical strain sensor and a temperature sensor are implanted into a lower layer of a monitored asphalt layer; the fiber grating vertical strain sensor and a fiber grating interrogator are in butted connection; an asphalt mixture of the monitored layer is paved; a road roller collects information sent out by the fiber grating vertical strain sensor while grinding; a change curve of a strain response peak of the fiber grating vertical strain sensor along with the grinding times is extracted; a compaction evaluation index SDI is obtained through curve differentiation; when the SDI is close to 0 for successive two times, grinding is stopped; and compaction monitoring of the asphalt pavement is finished. The fiber grating sensing-based asphalt pavement compaction monitoring method is applicable to compaction quality monitoring of other pavements.
