The steel-structure bridge with the steel bridge body isolated from the bridge floor comprises a steel cross beam, a plurality of simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates, water retaining protruding blocks, steel cover plates, chafing plates, support lower steel plates, transverse ballast plate stop blocks and anti-collision walls. The construction method of the steel-structure bridge with the steel bridge body isolated from the bridge floor comprises the steps that the standardized and modularized simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates obtained through factory prefabrication are adopted, the chafing plates are pre-buried into the simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates, cross limiting cards are adopted at intersection points of the simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates for limiting the sliding of the simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates on any plane, and meanwhile waterproof protecting layers are fabricated on the upper surfaces of the simply-supported ballast bed bridge floor plates. By means of the steel-structure bridge with the steel bridge body isolated from the bridge floor, the stress of a bridge floor system is simple and accurate; meanwhile, the maintenance and replacement are quite convenient, and the technical mode of the steel-structure bridge is different from an existing technical mode which relies on improving road surface materials.
