Novel triangular frame supporting structure and formwork
The invention provides a novel triangular frame supporting structure and formwork. The formwork comprises the novel triangular frame supporting structure, a laterally adjustable top carrier, a vertically adjustable bottom carrier, a connection board, a high-strength bolt, a longitudinal component and steel boxes. A large board, a film faced board and a concrete bridge face board are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the novel triangular frame supporting structure, and the steel boxes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the novel triangular frame supporting structure respectively. The connection board is welded to the steel boxes and provided with a through hole; one end of the high-strength bolt penetrates through the through hole to be connected with an upper chord member of a steel truss, and the other end of the high-strength bolt is fixedly connected with the connection board; one end of the laterally adjustable top carrier is connected with a supporting frame, and the other end of the laterally adjustable top carrier is connected with an upper chord member web and is fastened with the steel boxes together through the upper chord member web; one end of the vertically adjustable bottom carrier is connected with a vertical supporting frame, and the other end of the vertically adjustable bottom carrier is connected with a maintenance car track; the longitudinal component is connected with a longitudinal connection component. Supporting of a bridge can be completed under the condition that a foundation does not adopt all-round framed bents, the structure is simple, field assembly is facilitated, and the novel triangular frame supporting structure and formwork can be reused.
