The invention discloses a composite pile structure serving as an underground garage stand column and a construction method of the composite pile structure. The composite pile structure comprises an internal core pile, a post-poured reinforced concrete part, a core pile and a stand column, wherein the internal core pile penetrates to the pile bottom end from a garage roof, the post-poured reinforced concrete part is located between the garage roof and a garage floor and wraps the internal core pile, the core pile is located under the garage floor, and the stand column is located on the garage floor. The internal core pile, the post-poured reinforced concrete part, the core pile and the stand column together form the composite pile structure, with certain bearing capacity, serving as the garage stand column. The construction method includes the steps that prefabricated core pile sections are pressed into portions at designed elevations; guiding holes are backfilled and compacted, surface treatment is performed on the exposed part of the core pile in a garage after excavation and supporting of a garage area, stand column steel bars are installed and connected with reserved steel bars of the core pile, and a steel bar cage is formed according to design requirements; a formwork of the stand column is installed on the outer side of the stand column steel bar cage, concrete is poured, and the formwork is removed after the strength of the concrete reaches a certain value; and the roof and the floor of the underground garage are constructed, the steps are repeatedly executed, and a next area is constructed.
