The invention discloses a detachable mountain rainwater accumulation method and device. According to the method, firstly a water accumulation bag sufficient for the water accumulation capacity is designed and manufactured according to local forestation tree planting water consumption and the mean annual precipitation, the top of the water accumulation bag is provided with an inlet, and the bottom of the water accumulation bag is provided with a water taking opening; a funnel type rain collection roof sufficient to satisfy the accumulated water amount is designed and manufactured, and then a metal supporting frame is fixed to the surface of a mountain required for forestation and tree planting; the funnel type rain collection roof is mounted on the supporting frame, and the water accumulation bag is placed below the supporting frame; a water leakage opening of the rain collection roof is connected with an upper water conveying guide pipe, and the water conveying guide pipe is then inserted into the inlet of the water accumulation bag; in the rainy season, the rain water is collected and stored into the water accumulation bag through the rain collection roof; in the forestation and tree planting processes, water is taken out of the water taking opening of the water accumulation bag to irrigate trees; when forestation tree species are survived, the detachable mountain rainwater accumulation device is transferred to another place required for forestation and tree planting, and thus the bottleneck problem that no water exists for forestation of the waste mountain is solved.
