The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a water tank, wherein the method comprises the following steps: 1, manufacturing a reinforcing device according to the dimension of a pre-customized water tank main body; and 2, manufacturing the water tank main body inside the reinforcing device so as to obtain a water tank. The invention also discloses a hoisting method of the water tank, wherein the method comprises the following steps: 11, connecting the water tank to a hoisting balance beam by virtue of a hoisting lug of the reinforcing device; and 12, hoisting the water tank to a base by virtue of a crane through the hoisting balance beam. The invention further discloses an installing method of the water tank, wherein the method comprises the following steps: 21, placing the water tank on the base; and 22, fixedly connecting the base to the reinforcing device. The water tank disclosed by the invention can be prefabricated in a factory; the water tank can be hoisted; and the water tank can be stably installed on a designated position.
