The invention relates to a water storage tank, in particular to a pollution-free air incoming and exhausting device of a domestic water storage tank. The pollution-free air incoming and exhausting device is composed of an air incoming end primary air dust filter, an air incoming end disinfecting box, an air incoming end one-way air valve, an air exhausting end primary air dust filter, an air exhausting end disinfecting box, an air exhausting end one-way air valve and a connecting pipeline. The pollution-free air incoming and exhausting device is characterized in that completely different from a mode that a same passage is adopted for air incoming and exhausting of an existing domestic water storage tank, an air incoming device and an air exhausting device are arranged separately, arrangement of the air exhausting device and that of the air incoming device are basically maintained uniform, and especially, and both an air incoming pipe of the air incoming and disinfecting box and an air incoming pipe of the air exhausting and disinfecting box are inserted below liquid surface of disinfectant. Pollution to the inside of the water storage tank when air environment is normally used can be eliminated or isolated by means of air filtering, air liquid-passing, bend reciprocating, partition colliding, flocculation and adsorption, disinfectant absorption, volatilization and precipitation.
