The invention discloses a purification water tank which comprises a water tank body (1) with at least a tank body (1.1). The purification water tank is characterized in that the water tank body (1) is provided with a plasma generator, a control portion (2) of the plasma generator is embedded into a bedplate (1.2) of the water tank body (1), an electrode head (3) of the plasma generator is arranged in one tank body (1.1) of the water tank body (1), and the electrode head (3) is in signal connection with the control portion (2). According to the purification water tank, on the basis that tableware and/or food in the water tank body can be purified, disinfected and sterilized in the cleaning process, the structure is simple, and the tank body improvement degree is little; accordingly, the tank bodies are firm in overall structure and convenient to clean, and rusting and bacterium breeding cannot be caused due to the fact that food residues are accumulated at the complex structure joints.
